DELIVERY FAQ


Where does S.O.L deliver?

We deliver to select Perth metro suburbs. You can see the list of these suburbs once you have added your floral arrangement to the cart + attempt to check out. You can only get the flowers delivered to one of the suburbs you can select in our drop down menu. If you choose one of our suburbs that is close to a suburb that is not listed with the hope you can sneak your order through, unfortunately your order will be disqualified as we are strict with sticking to our stated delivery zone.

 

What days does S.O.L deliver?

We deliver 4 business days a week. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays + Thursdays our are flower delivery days (excluding public holidays). Our reason for not delivering on Fridays, Saturdays + Sundays is because we are out of the studio setting up weddings on these days. 

 

When do I need to order by?

In order for your flowers to be delivered the same day Monday - Thursday, your order needs to come through by 11am (unless we sell out prior). All orders that come through after 11am will be delivered the following business day. As we are closed Fridays, orders that come through after 11am Thursday will be delivered Monday (excluding public holidays).

 

When will my flowers be delivered?

Your floral arrangement will be delivered between 12pm - 5pm the same business day after you order via our online store prior to 11am Mon - Thurs. You also have the option to chose the day you would like your delivery if same day doesn’t suit you however you can not order further than 4 days in advance. By Choosing WEDNESDAY from the drop down delivery option, your order will be delivered that coming Wednesday between 12pm -5pm.

 

How far in advance can I pre order? 

You can pre order no further than 4 days in advance by choosing between the 4 delivery day options from the drop down menu when checking out, being MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY + THURSDAY.

 

When will my flowers be delivered?

Your floral arrangement will be delivered between 12pm - 5pm.

 

What happens if no one is home to answer the door?

If no one receives the flowers in person, we will leave them in fresh water in the shade to the best of the drivers ability.

 

What if my suburb isn't listed?

Then unfortunately we do not deliver there. Keep checking back every few months as we sometimes update our delivery suburbs + add more on.

 

How will I know the flowers have been delivered?

Once our driver has alerted us that your delivery has taken place, we will then send you a fulfilled email confirming that your order has now been completed.

 

If the flowers are undeliverable?

If our driver arrives + nobody lives at the address that the sender has given we will then try to contact both the sender + recipient via phone. If we are unable to get in touch with both parties to clarify, the flowers will be brought back to our studio + will go out the following business day at an additional fee to the sender.

 

You are allowed to change the delivery location of arrangements when they are needing to be re-delivered as long as the updated address falls within our delivery suburbs. However please note an additional $10 re-delivery fee will be charged to the sender.

 

Situations where we will deem arrangements as being undeliverable at the customer's fault include (but are not limited to):

Apartment buildings with restricted access and no one home.

No one present at a business address and the premises is locked.

Patient has already been discharged from hospital.

Any other situation where we are unable to safely and securely deliver arrangement.
